Two of the six Healing Essence capsules list THC on the label. RENEW and CALM each contain 2 mg.
For some people that is the reason to choose them. For others it is the reason not to. Both are reasonable, and the decision deserves a straight answer rather than reassurance.

What 2 mg is
It is a small amount. For context, a dose in a regulated cannabis market is commonly 5 mg or 10 mg, and products intended for intoxication are generally well above that.
Two milligrams is included as part of a full-spectrum profile — the plant's own range of cannabinoids kept together rather than separated out — not as a dose aimed at an effect.
Every Healing Essence product is formulated to stay under the federal threshold of 0.3% THC by dry weight.
Why it is in the formula at all
RENEW and CALM are raw flower capsules. The flower is milled and encapsulated rather than processed into an isolate, so what was in the plant largely stays in the capsule — and cannabis flower contains THC.
Removing it would mean a different kind of product. The full-spectrum approach is a deliberate choice about keeping the plant's chemistry together, and the THC is part of that rather than an additive.
You may have seen the entourage effect offered as the justification — the idea that cannabinoids work differently in combination than in isolation. It is a real area of research interest and it is genuinely unsettled. We would rather describe it as the reasoning behind full-spectrum formulation than present it as established fact.
Who should choose a formula without it
This is the part worth being direct about. Choose one of the sesame oil capsules if:
You are subject to workplace drug testing. This is the one we would not hedge on. Trace THC can accumulate, and testing thresholds vary by employer and by test. If a positive result would cost you something, do not take a product containing THC, however small the amount.
You are sensitive to THC, or have had an uncomfortable experience with cannabis before.
You are new to cannabinoids and would rather start with one fewer variable.
You are uncertain about the legal position where you live or where you are travelling. Rules vary by state and country, and crossing a border with a THC-containing product is a separate question from buying one.
The formulas without THC
RESTORE — 30 mg CBD + 10 mg CBG, sesame oil, morning.
RELAX — 30 mg CBD + 10 mg CBN, sesame oil, evening.
RELIEF — 30 mg CBD + 10 mg CBG + 10 mg CBN, sesame oil, either.
All three are built around specific cannabinoids rather than whole flower, which is why their composition is defined rather than inherited from the plant.
ACTIVE is worth a separate mention. It is a raw flower capsule, so it carries the plant's profile, but it is built on the acid forms — 20 mg CBDa with 20 mg CBGa. If the acid cannabinoids are what interests you, that is where to look.
If you take medication
CBD can interact with some medications, and that is true whether or not THC is present. Talk with your clinician before starting if you take blood thinners, seizure medication or sedatives, if you have liver disease, or if you are preparing for surgery. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have that conversation first.
